Initial Utility:

Can be used as an in-game 2D PFP + Early access to the Neon Echoes Metaverse MMORPG + Grant one loot box redeemable in-game (matches Avatar’s rarity).

Guild Leader Title + New Guild

Requirements: A minimum initial purchase threshold of 0.1 ETH, only one VIP Title can be granted per Avatar.

Utility: Guilder Leader Title claim, which when exercised, grants the Avatar the ability to create their own in-game guild and invite up to 10 Guild Officers and 2000 members. Guild officers and members don’t require any NFTs to join.

Note: Optionally, a Separate Real Estate, Outpost or Metaverse Space Craft NFT ownership required to set as the Guild HQ.

3D Avatar Upgrade:

Requirements: A minimum initial purchase threshold of 0.3 ETH, or minimum of 6 ETH in subsequent sales if initial sale was under 0.3 ETH.

Utility: 3D Avatar. This PFP Avatar is eligible to be upgraded to a high-poly 3D Avatar for the owner’s use in the Neon Echoes Metaverse MMORPG (instead of the generic free 3D Avatar skins), along with any clothing, mods or devices per the metadata in the PFP.

CEO Title + New Corporation

Requirements: A minimum initial purchase threshold of 1 ETH in the initial sale, or minimum of 20 ETH in subsequent sales if initial sale was under 1 ETH. In addition to the 3D Avatar privilege, only one VIP Title can be granted at a time.

Utility:

1. CEO Title claim, which when exercised, grants the Avatar one in-game Corporation which can have up to 50 in-game shareholders and 500 in-game employees. Players who want to become Shareholders and employees do not require any NFTs to join your corporation.
2. One free random product manufacturing blueprint will be granted, randomly picked between the following options:

• Common blueprints: Clothing, Mod (Roll a random type and stats, including: Weapon Mod, Armor Mod, Cybernetic Mod, Vehicle Mod or Ship Mod)
• Uncommon blueprints: Armor
• Rare blueprints: Weapon (random type and design), AI NPC (roll a random manufactured design (eg. Cyborg, Hologram, Robot) and class (eg. Personal Assistant, Security, Construction, Ship Officer, Worker, etc..
• Epic blueprints: Vehicle (roll a random vehicle type and design)
• Legendary blueprints: Metaverse Space Craft

Optional add-ons:
Additional Corporate Manufacturing Blueprint NFTs can be purchased separately if desired.
A Separate Real Estate NFT ownership required for the Corporate HQ, Manufacturing and Distribution facilities.

Mayor + New City

Requirements: Minimum initial purchase threshold of 5 ETH, or subsequent purchase of at least 100 ETH. In addition to the 3D Avatar privilege, only one VIP Title can be granted at a time.

Utility:

1- Mayor Title claim. Once exercised, you will become the Mayor of a new city on a random public habitable planet in the Neon Echoes Metaverse.

2- Any player who chooses your city as their home city (where they respawn after death) will be identified as your citizen and will pay you a daily Citizen tax (that you can set from 0 to 8%).

3- Your ownership of your initial city cannot be usurped, but any expansion beyond that can be revoked with enemy conquest, uprisings or population decline)

4- The city grants you ownership of 9 interconnected settlement Hex Areas, each Hex Area can have up to 9 City Blocks (also known as Settlement blocks), each block has 7 building or other settlement structure construction space, you can keep the blocks to yourself or grant, lease or sell your blocks to any other player. The other player who will need their own Architectural blueprints to build).

5- NPCs will automatically start visiting once your city is open to the public, those who really like it and can find residential vacancies and jobs will stay and start paying you a tax.

6- If CEOs or Guild Leaders choose your city as their Headquarters, that gives you a reputational boost that will attract more NPCs and real players. CEOs and Guild Leaders that have secondary offices and facilities also give you a rep boost, but not as much as an HQ.

7- Building blueprints: As Mayor, you will have free access to a growing library of blueprints for Mayors to design their city, including roads, trees, signs and Neon or Holographic ad banners, etc..

8- As Mayor you also get Five free random architectural blueprint designs: One of each: 

• Science/Research Building (hospital, labs, or other facilities for tech research)
• Residential Building (condos are apartments for sale or lease to NPCs and Players)
• Commercial Building (offices for lease to Corporations or guilds)
• Industrial Building (including corporate Manufacturing, Refinery for 1 random resource)
• Luxury Mansion (can be sold or leased to players). More can be purchased separately.

Note: Construction Materials, personnel and construction time required to convert the blueprints to actual in-game usable buildings. Optionally, additional architectural blueprint NFTs sold separately if more of a variety for your city is desired.

Requirements: Minimum initial purchase threshold of 50 ETH or subsequent purchase of 1k ETH minimum required to be an Emperor. In addition to the 3D Avatar privilege, only one VIP Title can be granted at a time.

Utility:

1- At this level you are eligible for an Imperial upgrade, which when exercised grants you your own Empire in-game (with an imperial crest and icon indicating the territories that you own, this crest can also be added as a layer on top of Clothing, Armor or Tattooed on your NPCs if needed, players can also choose to add the emblem if they wish).

2- You are granted perpetual ownership rights of one Metaverse Star System in a random location in the Metaverse Galaxy, any ships that you pilot that have warp capability will be able to warp into your star system at no fuel cost.

3- Procedural Star System generation: A new star system under your ownership will be generated procedurally. This will include, a random Star Type

4- Territory is expandable with in-game conquest, any expanded territory can be lost during conquest)

5- In addition to the star, there will be Nine distinct interconnected star destination nodes activated in your star’s map. Each destination can be made public, private (to you only), or denizen-only (to tax-paying denizens of your empire only)

6- Each of the 9 nodes can randomly spawn one of 6 instances of different rarities. Note that you are guaranteed at least one rare and one epic or legendary spawn.

• Common: Void (Nothing of interest but ships can park here or this location can be used to build your own deep space outpost or beacon – separate purchase or in-game construction required).
• Uncommon: a Planet or  Planetoid (random class, biome and resource allocation. You can generate and sell your own real estate and land leases or mining contracts)
• Rare: Asteroid Field (random resources).
• Rare: An Anomaly Spawn (of random outcome, positive, neutral or negative, can be triggered a random number of times from 1 to 10,000, once for each unique player character)
• Epic: Outpost (random design and state: derelict (minimal salvage and loot), partially destroyed (repairable or salvageable) or pristine (can be operated or looted and destroyed)
• Epic: Warp Gate (can be made free to use or you can charge players a fee to use it. Types: controllable, chaotic or can be set to any Hex in a public space or another space that you own).
• Legendary: Megastructure (randomly from: Dyson sphere for free energy supply to your worlds, Ring Megastructure (state: derelict, partially destroyed or pristine), Orbital Habitat (state: derelict, partially destroyed or pristine)

A maximum of 40 of these titles will be ever issued in the lifetime of this project. Can only be obtained by purchasing Neon Echoes Avatars pre-designated with the “Overlord” title.

Gives the holder “Founder” status, granting VIP Access to real world events hosted by the Neon Echoes team, clearance to enter Neon Echoes development office space (NDA required) to see firsthand the progress of the development work on the project and be the first to try out new features.

Access to special Founder-only IRL and in-game events. 

A secret feature in-game accessible only to the player using the Overlord Avatar (each Overlord NFT has this feature that is unique to others), the nature of this feature will be communicated  confidentially and personally by the founder to the owner of the NFT.
